HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: From November 26th - December 25th, all regular priced
merchandise (excludes final sale items) is available for online credit or exchange only through January 10, 2016.  All items must be received by January 10, 2016.  If items are being returned within 21 days of the original purchase date, our normal return policy applies below.

All regular priced merchandise must have original tags attached.  Items will be inspected before a credit or exchange is approved.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, however, we would be happy to provide a label and deduct the cost from your online credit.Return or exchange merchandise by mail within 21 days of the ORDER date for a credit, exchange, or refund to the original form of payment. You may not return: any discounted items (indicated with a red price, "SALE", or "Final Sale" text), all items in SALE/CLEARANCE categories, Flash Sale items, earrings, earring and necklace sets, head wear, Nubra, and gift certificates are final sale. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in new, resellable condition with original tickets attached to receive full refund. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up stains or deodorant stains, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
