The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.shopstb.com. Return of items purchased at a STB retail location must be handled in person at any of our STB retail locations.
Items bought online can be returned to one our retail locations, but cannot be processed in-stores. They will be transferred to our online returns facility and then processed by our website department.Return or exchange merchandise by mail within 21 days of the order date for an online credit. You may not return:
- Please note: any discounted items (indicated with a red price), all items in SALE/CLEARANCE categories, Flash Sale items, earrings, earring and necklace sets, headwear, Nubra, and gift certificates are final sale.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in new, resellable condition with original tickets attached to receive full credit. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up stains or deodorant stains, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
- Semi-Annual Sale items or items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be processed online or in-store for these promotions.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return my purchase?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
- If you are within the 14 day shipping window, please request a shipping label by emailing email@example.com and include your order # and items you are returning. Please allow 1-3 business days for our sales team to get back to you!
- You are also free to ship the item at your cost.
- We ask all items are shipped within 14 days to allow them time to be received in our warehouse by the 21st day from your original order date.
- Fill out the Return Form included in your package. If you have misplaced the return form you can download a new one here: Return Form
- Print out the provided Return Label and tape it to the outside of your STB return, don't forget to include the Return Form in the package!
- Simply mail it off, and we'll do the rest!
- *When returning items with our Return Label, a $6.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your online credit.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. STB is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 812-909-2897 immediately after making your purchase or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How long do I have to make a return?
Returns are accepted within 21 days of your order date. All items MUST BE received by the 21st day of your original order date.
How do I print a USPS Return Label?
One of our STB customer rep's will be more than happy to e-mail you the return label once you have submitted your return request to the email above! All you have to do is print it off and attach it to the outside of your package.
How do I print a Return Form?
There is a return form included in each of our packages. If you have misplaced this form, please reprint another one by clicking here!
Where do I send my return?
Please initiate the online return process. Once completed, you will be provided with a Return Label with our mailing address. You can also send your return through an insured traceable carrier to the same address.
How long does it take to get a credit or exchange?
After you have shipped your return, the time in transit back to STB is generally 1-4 business days. When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the return within 10-14 business days. Returns are processed typically quicker than the 10-14 days, except during the holiday season. Once your return has been processed and your online credit has been issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging, we promise!
